The entrance to the apartment leads into the ground floor level, where the emblematic Arco lamp created by Italian designers Flos stands out above the living/dining area and the office, which comes complete with a computer with internet access. Further along your eyes meet a spacious bathroom in black and white and a nautical looking kitchen, whose lively warm tones contrast the apartment's minimalistic atmosphere. The cozy kitchen even includes a wine cellar and its perfect complement, wine glasses by Riedel which will take a unique professional wine tasting experience to an even higher level. The architect specifically designed and tailored all pieces of furniture in this duplex. Sliding panels separate the different spaces. Yet another cute touch - motifs and landscapes in vinyl add informal modern decoration to glass doors and windows, as well as a few walls.

Leds light up every step of the way to upper level where the sleeping and bathing area are located. Large glass panels surround the toilet which has some very original bathroom fittings; a double size jacuzzi at ground level, sits across the room. A rail surrounds the whole upper level for safety and to let you spy on the downstairs area; in this part of the house, roofs reach 6 meters in height. Our confidential tip - if you want to watch the television from inside the jacuzzi, just turn the mirror panel strategically, and you have full view of the plasma screen in front of the bed, itself a Japànese-style six square meter tatami mat built into the flooring.
