The impressive high coffered celings holding crystal chandeliers, enhance the sense of amplitude in all the flat wich has been stylish refuge to some people from the european high society and artists.

The decor has been found in the best antique markets and the original furnishing was updated with a fine touch. Here, we will be surrounded by mahogany Isabelline chairs, oil paintings and tapestry in walls, table leaded crystal lamps Tiffany style, mirror wardrobes and wooden and mosaic flooring but in the other hand the best ultimate design and materials is provided in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The flat has four refined and spacious double rooms, with large windows and all of them with ensuite bathrooms and a living room wich is perfect to celebrate an special event or a business meeting. All of the rooms have access to a nice long balcony that they share.

The location of Le Palais I, is unique for those who desire to be immersed in the middle of the historic atmosphere of a cosmopolitan city, where past and avantgarde find the same way. Famous La Rambla, the Picasso Museum, and the luxury and distinction of Passeig de Gràcia, are also a walk away.
