This apartment with terrace is a blend between modernity and comfort, made to relax in the city center




Cosy, authentic and genuine, our Garden House apartment in Barcelona, is located in the modernist Catalan neighbourhood of the Eixample right distric and just a stroll away from Gaudi famous spot: La Sagrada Família. A convenient place to stay if you want to explore the city and its wonders.




85 m2 plus the luxury of a 85 m2 private terrace accesible from the living room wide glass doors



    The terrace is worth an special mention. If you want a fresh and chilled-out place, this is the right spot to take a nap, sunbathe or have breakfast in the fresh morning air under the canopy. . This will be a meeting point any time of the day. On weekends, you can spend almost all of your time there, al fresco. The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, where respect for the well-being and rest of all our neighbours is our utmost priority. By agreement of our homeowner's association, the terrace must not be accessed during quiet hours. Therefore, the terrace is off-limits from 10pm - 8am


    To that effect our preferred guests in this apartment are families with children, and seniors.


    The bright and full of natural light living & dining areas, are laid out in two distinctive atmospheres. The comfortable living with a large 50" plasma TV, and the lovely "countryside style" dining area with a wooden antique table, that opens to host up to six fellow diners.



Three charming bedrooms



    Two with queen beds and large wardrobes. Whereas the master bedroom also offers a working space, the other one boasts a queen bed plus a tea table space. The third bedroom, has a romantic touch with two single beds and also a large wooden wardrobe. All bedrooms have individually controlled aircon units and face the terrace. Ceramic flooring and two modern designer bathrooms, round out the bedroom areas.


Usually or eventually, you would love to cook your own meals... a fully equiped kitchen, with all sorts of gadgets, sleek cabinetry and stainless steel apliances, has been displayed for your enjoyment.



It is important to stay in contact with friends, family and work, and all of this can be done by using our great fiber optic internet connection, faster than any other in the market.




The surroundings of the Garden House



Our Garden House is located in the Eixample, which translates as "extension" in recognition of its status as the newer part of the city, is a large area north of Plaça Catalunya spreading left and right of Passeig de Gracia. Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's art nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area.



The right side of the Eixample is the older part and therefore has more of the impressive architecture, as the amazing La Sagrada Familia, less than a 10 minute walk from our Graden House but really there is not a huge difference between the two sides. It is a safe and residential part of the city yet there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes. However the area is very central and most other parts of the city are within walking distance.

We were very happy here.

The unit was great! We'd highly recommend this booking. We especially liked the location, which was a very short walk to El Born and everywhere else we wanted to be. There was a lovely park nearby, and the people watching near the Arc de Triomf was great. The balcony was a nice touch, but unfortunately lacked privacy. Overall, though, a strong recommendation from us.

Thanks for the use of your place. We were very happy with it, especially the unit itself and the location. The woman (Virginia) who checked us in was super helpful in getting us oriented.

Loved it!

Great spot for groups traveling. Bedrooms are spaced away from each other (didnt even use the 3rd bedroom) so the privacy is great. Ac works great for summer time traveling. The garden patio is a real treat for quiet nights sipping wine. Loved it!

Great apartment in great location

This apartment easily accommodated 5 adults. The outdoor patio space was great for when we wanted to enjoy the sunshine or have a meal. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It's just a few minutes walk to a metro station and maybe 15-20 minute walk to the Gothic/Ramblas areas. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

Nice, comfortable bedrooms. Comfy living/lounge area. Good, easy to use A/C units. An easy to use washer with drying rack. Gorgeous private outdoor garden terrace with tented table for shaded meals outside! Very lovely respite in the middle of the bustling city that is Barcelona!

Apartamento muy correcto, atención sensacional

El apartamento es muy correcto y muy en precio para tres cuartos y tres baños, posee todo lo indispensable y tiene una buena terraza con una cómoda mesa para 6, aire acondicionado en todas sus habitaciones y lava vajillas, camas cómodas y limpias y cantidad de almohadas y toallas ( todo blanco impecable, lo cual se aprecia ) las pegas : el salón es pequeño. Muchas gracias por acomodarse a nuestros horarios, el apartamento fue muy correcto y vuestra persona de recibimiento sensacional.

Our best time in Barcelona!

We had the best time at the garden apartment! The garden patio really sold it for us! We had breakfast every morning there. Would highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Barcelona!

We loved the location and the terrace!

I stayed in bizFlats place its amazing and even better than described! Central, easy to find a ride, lively but quite at same time, close to arc triumph like a min away👌🏾 the outdoor terrace is a plus! I highly recommend staying at his place.. Thanks very much for hosting us definitely will come back again!
