We had an overall good experience with this apartment. Despite having been occupied the night before, the host was able to let us check in a few hours earlier than planned as we had an early arrival to Barcelona. The place was very clean and had everything that it was detailed in the apt. description. As it’s located in a second floor, street noises could disrupt your sleep but, with a few adjustments, that was not our case. It’s very well located, with various close supermarkets/bakeries for groceries as well as good restaurants. Also, it’s at walkable distance from key places like Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona Trans, Casa Batlló and other nice areas. Some things to improve: Washing machine/dryer: very disappointed that an apartment like this and for what we paid, it doesn’t have these important appliances in good shape. Had to invest time and effort on resolving this issue instead of resting. As it was last days, no time to call for help. Plug adapters: it would have been nice to have a few in the apartment considering tourist coming from North America. Or at least, include a reminder in the apt. manual so people don’t have the issues we had. Add a soap holder in the main bathroom’ shower. It was uncomfortable having to pick up the soap from the floor when taking a bath. Cover an exposed broken pipe from the towel warmer in the small bathroom. My wife and I hurt our arms with that when moving there in such a tight place. Having all these things in place/working would have made our stay there more pleasant.

Good size rooms onto a great sitting/ viewing balcony. Well appointed kitchen. Clean and tidy. Our only frustration was that both clocks needed new batteries.

Very good stay. Convenient location and beautiful apartment. Perfect for a family vacation.

Great space, location, hosts were great to work with. The master bedroom is a little noisy a night due to being close to the street.

Lovely home. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The location was perfect, nice neighborhood, safe, close to grocery stores, the subway, and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen with a good sized refrigerator. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment. The location is ideal, a safe neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep but still only 10-15 minutes to get to the city centre on foot. The front bedroom is noisy as it faces the road but the other 2 bedrooms were fine. Checkin was efficient and easy. We would definitely stay again. The place is described very accurately. It was perfect for the 4 of us! We had enough bathrooms and sitting space. The outdoor table was fabulous!! The kitchen is small but well equipped. Overall we loved it and would stay there again!! Your place is beautiful and we really appreciated having enough paper products for the week. Also loved the car service! Thanks for hosting us it is a great place!!

Wonderful apartment in great location. Easy communication and welcoming checkin process. Very detailed apartment guide for appliances and other important information. All rooms Very spacious and clean. Excellent amenities. Lovely terrace to relax in both in the mornings and evenings. Excellent air conditioning and the washing machine and dryer were very handy to have in the apartment . Well organized kitchen. Good bathrooms. An amazing apartment I would definitely recommend the apartment. I hope to be able to stay here again on future trips to Barcelona Thanks very much !!

A fantastic balcony where much sangria was consumed... The apartment is comfortable, spacious and easy walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.
