MACCA, un apartamento contemporáneo, en una zona histórica




El apartamento ha sido totalmente redecorado, por nuestro equipo profesional de interioristas INNER-VIEW INTERIOR DESIGNERS.



Genial, espacioso y lleno de luz, es el apartamento ideal. Está situado en la "Ciutat Vella”, ecléctica zona de moda dentro de la cual se sitúa el BARRI GÒTIC y en la que encontrará todo lo que necesite. El apartamento es muy cómodo y ha sido decorado con una mezcla de diseño, piezas de arte originales y toques vintage.


Está situado en una calle peatonal, por lo que no hay tráfico molestando alrededor. 120 metros cuadrados, con techos muy altos y las ventanales originales de madera, que se abren de suelo a techo con sus correspondientes contraventanas de lamas de madera. Tres dormitorios dobles, salón dividido en dos zonas, una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor y dos baños con bañera.

    Cocina: Una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y lavavajillas - en caso de que el deseo de experimentar con ingredientes frescos le asalte, el único y excelente mercado de la Boquería, está a sólo 2 minutos andando desde al apartamento.

Se sabe que Portal de l'Angel es la calle con mayores ingresos comerciales de España, debido a su ubicación estratégica y la afluencia masiva de visitantes que recibe regularmente. Al final de esta avenida, se encuentra la Plaça Catalunya, que es punto focal para todo en la ciudad.

Big apartment in a great area.

We stayed at Jaume's for three weeks. He was great, always making sure we're comfortable. The apartment is quite spacious, more spacious than the pictures reveal. It is located in the heart of a wonderful walking and safe neighborhood with many many restaurants, bars, and museums. I totally recommend this place for couples or families.

Ideal for living like a local!

This apartment is large with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate dining and lounge rooms. It is very central to shopping, dining and transport. If you are looking to live like a local, it is ideal.

Very central and well equipped apartment

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Barcelona. It is very central and well equipped. The two side bedrooms are rather loud in the evenings, but the main bedroom is quiet. I would recommend this apartment for any holiday makers, especially family's looking for a spacious place.
