Parsifal ha vuelto al Liceu de Barcelona, desde dónde un día saludó al mundo.
Parsifal es el nombre que le hemos dado a este apartamento con carácter, totalmente renovado, que respira modernidad por las cuatro esquinas y que se convierte en asiento de fila cero, para los amantes de la música con mayúsculas y de los urbanitas empedernidos.
Hablamos de un amplio y extravagante apartamento. Dispone de un gran salón-comedor con la cocina integrada y totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos en acero inoxidable. Esta zona común se divide en tres. Un confortable sofá, dos relajantes butacas y una enorme pantalla de plasma, conforman la zona de salón, con modernas lámparas trípode y una librería con libros a su disposición, para disfrutar de los momentos de tranquilidad.
El comedor nos propone, una muestra ganadora de mezcla de estilos.
La mesa de comedor de caoba vintage, es un lujo para seis comensales, que podrán disfrutar de reuniones perfectas, sentados en las modernas sillas Curve diseño de Kartell, una propuesta vanguardista en tendencia de diseño. El contraste de estilos, es un éxito. La última división la crea la península de la cocina, de líneas impecables. Un agradable balcón invita a sacar la vida a la calle y a disfrutar, desde nuestra propia casa, de un café mañanero o de una copa de cava helado, antes de irnos a dormir.
En la parte de atrás, se encuentra la zona de descanso.
Tres preciosos dormitorios, cada uno con su propio estilo, (dos dobles y uno individual) serán los guardianes de nuestros sueños plácidos y relajantes, pues permanecen ajenos al bullicio de la calle. Tres, son también los diferentes estilos que los visten y entre los que elegir:
- • el dormitorio "estilo industrial"
- • el dormitorio "casa de campo"
- • el dormitorio "memorias de África"
... ¿cuál será el elegido?
Dispone de dos cuartos de baño completos, uno ensuite en el dormitorio principal de moderno diseño, con grandes cabinas de ducha y toalleros eléctricos para mantener nuestras toallas calentitas. Es un capricho de apartamento con aire acondicionado centralizado en todas las habitaciones, caja fuerte y video portero. Además, aún estando al lado de Las Ramblas, estamos protegidos, ya que todas las ventanas son de aluminio, con doble cristal antiruidos.
La situación del Parsifal es única.
Saliendo a la izquierda la popular Rambla, con el Mercado de la Boqueria, donde encontrar los productos más frescos y los puntos gastronómicos con más sabor de la ciudad. Delante, el Gran Teatre del Liceu, templo de la música con reconocimiento internacional y a cuatro pasos, la Plaça Reial, con sus soportales, su fuente y las imponentes farolas de Gaudí. Todas éstas, son paradas obligadas.
Al otro lado de la Rambla, viajamos en el tiempo a la Barcelona histórica, guiados por las callejuelas del Barri Gòtic y pegado a él, el cosmopolita barrio de El Born, refugio de artistas y de las tiendas de moda más vanguardistas, que marcan tendencia.
Esta es tu casa en Barcelona... en la misma manzana que el Teatro del Liceu y a 20 metros de La Rambla, el bulevard más famoso del mundo. Situación estratégica única, con excelentes accesos al transporte público tanto si queremos movernos por dentro de la ciudad, como si queremos visitar los alrededores.

Great place in the heart of Barcelona.
The place is located in the heart of the old city with many tourist attractions within a short walk and a metro train just around the corner to get everywhere else. The unit is well-appointed and has everything you need. Jaume went over and above by getting us a work desk that we could use while working remotely for the month. Two of the bedrooms are small, but not smaller than is typical but both bathrooms were a good size and the place had a lot of storage room. Nice balcony overlooking one of the narrow streets. While it can get loud outside, it's quiet inside, especially in the bedrooms, which are in the back. Fantastic place.

We came back to this property after we rented it for a month at year. The location is perfect! Close to all the shops and a 20 min walk to the beach. The team from bizflats are great! They were always available and Jaume even passed by to change the couch covers in the living room with new ones. Highly recommended place to stay! Will definitely come back.

Localización excepcional
El apartamento es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones están alejadas de la calle, por lo que de noche, no se escucha nada. Son muy funcionales! El balcón es pequeño, pero es muy agradable sentarse a tomar una bebida, mientras ves pasar gente por la calle. Es lo que más usamos. Está ubicado a media cuadra de las ramblas, donde hay un mar de personas a toda hora. Cerca hay supermercados y mil tiendas para comer. El barrio es seguro y muy pintoresco, con esas callecitas angostas. Nosotros salimos tanto de día, como de noche, y no hay nada de qué preocuparse. Hay estación de metro en la esquina, e infinidad de taxis. La Plaza Catalunya, a solo 5 cuadras, donde salen los principales medios de transporte. Ir caminando sobre Las Ramblas hacia allá, fué un paseo diario y muy entretenido. Nos atendió Gemma, a nuestra llegada, y su nombre, no puede estar más de acuerdo con su actitud: es una joya! Tan amable, tan cálida, que no dan ganas de irse. Inmensamente agradecidos.

We had a magical time in Barcelona
My daughter and I really enjoyed the apartment. We felt so blessed to have been able to stay there. We were amazed at how central the apartment is to everything we wanted to do. It was easy to walk to so many places and easy to jump on the metro as well. We have friends travelling to Barcelona in October and have recommended the apartment. Here's the best part, the apartment is right off La Ramblas which is very lively and a bit noisy. You can hear some of the noise from the front room in the apartment. But as soon as you go to the back of the apartment where the rooms are located, it is very quiet.
The best of both worlds. We had a magical time in Barcelona and much of that had to do with the lovely accommodation. Note: We used bizflat's services for airport transportation and that was really helpful too.
