Cosy, authentic and genuine, our Garden House apartment in Barcelona, is located in the modernist Catalan neighbourhood of the Eixample right distric and just a stroll away from Gaudi famous spot: La Sagrada Família. A convenient place to stay if you want to explore the city and its wonders.


85 m2 plus the luxury of a 85 m2 private terrace accesible from the living room wide glass doors

    The terrace is worth an special mention. If you want a fresh and chilled-out place, this is the right spot to take a nap, sunbathe or have breakfast in the fresh morning air. This will be a meeting point any time of the day. On weekends, you can spend almost all of your time there, al fresco. The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, where respect for the well-being and rest of all our neighbours is our utmost priority. By agreement of our homeowner's association, the terrace must not be accessed during quiet hours. Therefore, the terrace is off-limits from 10pm - 8am
    To that effect our preferred guests in this apartment are families with children, and seniors.
    The bright and full of natural light living & dining areas, are laid out in two distinctive atmospheres. The comfortable living with a large 50" plasma TV, and the practical and classy dining area with a wooden antique table, that opens to host up to eight fellow diners.

Three charming bedrooms

    Two with queen beds and large wardrobes. Whereas the master bedroom also offers a working space, the other one boasts a queen bed plus a daybed-style sofa, creating a chill out space, or a way to have your children under watch. The third bedroom, has a romantic touch with two single beds and also a large wooden wardrobe. All bedrooms have individually controlled aircon units and face the terrace. Ceramic flooring and two modern designer bathrooms, round out the bedroom areas.

Usually or eventually, you would love to cook your own meals... a fully equiped kitchen, with all sorts of gadgets, sleek cabinetry and stainless steel apliances, has been displayed for your enjoyment.

It is important to stay in contact with friends, family and work, and all of this can be done by using our great fiber optic internet connection, faster than any other in the market.


The surroundings of the Garden House

Our Garden House is located in the Eixample, which translates as "extension" in recognition of its status as the newer part of the city, is a large area north of Plaça Catalunya spreading left and right of Passeig de Gracia. Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's art nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area.

The right side of the Eixample is the older part and therefore has more of the impressive architecture, as the amazing La Sagrada Familia, less than a 10 minute walk from our Graden House but really there is not a huge difference between the two sides. It is a safe and residential part of the city yet there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes. However the area is very central and most other parts of the city are within walking distance.

Lovely flat with huge terrace!

This flat was such a great find for my friends and I. A great central location in Eixample just a few blocks from the Arc devTriomf, it was big, spacious, very clean and benefitted from the most enormous terrace which we enjoyed daily.

The Bizflats team (esp Gemma and Mercedes) were really warm and friendly and everything from booking to key collection was made really easy. Fab team, fab place- we will be back!

Perfekte Lage und Service

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartment nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation war, trotz kurzfristiger Buchung, sehr einfach, schnell und angenehm - ich wurde bei Ankunft vom Flughafen wie abgesprochen an der Haustür direkt freundlich empfangen und mit Infos zu Appartement und Umgebung versehen. Das Appartment entspricht den Photos und ist wirklich sehr hübsch, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. In den Betten haben wir prima geschlafen. Küche haben wir nur für Kaffee genutzt - die umliegenden Cafés und Restaurants wären auch zu schön, um sie zu verpassen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke Die Location war perfekt für uns, direkt an der nicht so extrem touristischen Seite der Altstadt (5 Min. Fußweg) mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, 12 Min. Fußweg zum Placa Catalunya (15-20 zur Sagrada Familia). Zur Info: Die Terrasse ist nur bis 22 Uhr nutzbar, da sie den kompletten Hinterhof beschallt, danach ist Ruhe Pflicht - was aber üblich ist im dicht bebauten BCN. "

Very Professional!

We were a party of 6 and 1 child and stayed in this apartment for 3 nights very recently. Excellent location, comfortable beds and large terrace. BIz Flats were very professional in all communications from start to finish and very understanding when flight delayed and it meant a very late check in.

Our pickup driver waited a long time for us to get our misssing luggage sorted and the food we had preordered was waiting for us at apartment. This was very welcome as we arrived so late. The only small negative would be that the kitchen needed more cups/mugs and wine glasses as there were not enough for 6 people.

The whole apartment was clean with plenty of linen/towels. Would definitely recommend Biz Flats to anyone wishing to stay in Barcelona.

Amazing

a 4 girls-trip to Barcelona - an amazing city where you can do a lot.
The apartment was great with a super big terrace which was super!! The location is also very good - just a couple of minutes to the arc de triumph. The apartment has everything you need with kitchen.

Another great stay in this property

This is the second time that we have stayed in this apartment which proves that we find it is a great place to stay. It is comfortable and reasonably well equipped and in a great location (20 minutes walk from Segrada Familia and Las Ramblas). The Terrace is a real bonus. We also find Bizflats really easy to deal with and will definitely book with them again when we next visit Barcelona.

Excellent position to reach all monuments and historical sites.

The apartment was clean and well organize.

Good stay in Barcelona in this very nice apartment. We were two families with 3 guys. The large terrace is very useful to relax and for dinner.

The flat is in a very good position And well equipped and good division of rooms and

The terrace was not in perfect condition with water which came everything morning and nights from air conditioning system

Beautiful Clean & Modern Apartment located just a one minute walk from Arc de Triompf Metro, two stops away from Catalunya.

Ali, our host, was really welcoming and suggested some really beautiful places to visit.

Good choice for a family visit

This apartment is very well located -- less than 5 mins from metro station, very close to the arc de triomphe and the surrounding beautiful park.

The apartment itself is well laid out with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is well equipped - great TV, good wifi and kitchen supplies. The garden terrace is fantastic -- we could not take full advantage of it because the weather was chilly - but it is the best feature of the apartment.

I would also note the excellent service - we had a problem with the hot water and the washing machine and each time Jaume came immediately to resolve the problem.

This is a very good choice for a stay in Barcelona. Thank you!
