We have to define the decor of this apartment as "Slow Decor". In a "slow" space everything is designed for the well-being of its guests. As each guest is different, this apartment avoids the idea of repetitive or standardized places. In fact, functional and versatile spaces are the key to adapt to people and time.

This brand new flat in the center of Barcelona (Eixample dret), is located on a quiet pedestrian street, an oasis of tranquility just a short walk to Gaudí's Sagrada Familia temple and L'Arc de Triomf and less than 15 minutes walk to La Rambla and all the historical sites of Barcelona.
The city is at hand for you, when staying at the Neo. There are two metro stops available for your convenience, at only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, Marina (L1) or Monumental (L2)
Wandering around. The Neighbourhood
Our Neo apartment is located in the right side of the Eixample, the older part and therefore the one with more of the impressive architecture. The amazing temple of Sagrada Familia,is located here and it is less than a 8 minute walk from our Neo, but really there is not a huge difference between the two sides of the Eixample.
It is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes. However the area is very central and most other parts of the city are within walking distance.
You cannot miss to visit in the area: "Els Encants" flea market. It is located in Barcelona's Plaça de les Glòries. Known as Els Encants or "Mercat Fira de Bellcaire", the flea market is Barcelona's biggest and most popular. The market has been held here since the 14th Century, making it one of Europe's oldest, and a symbol of Barcelona's unique mercantile spirit.

Fabulous Place to Stay
I was a bit hesitant when I found out this was a managed business apartment, having found the listing for it on Vrbo. But to my delight it ended up being a fabulous place to stay, but a great and welcoming host.
The apartment was much more spacious than we had come to think based on the photos. The kitchen was well equip and easy to use. The house manual made everything very simple to understand and our host was very responsive to any inquiry we had.
The location was also quite wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the terrace, and the fact that the street we were on was not open to traffic. Nicely located close to the heart of Barcelona.

A great place to stay in Barcelona. We like walking and everything was a pleasurable walk. Very quiet street was wonderful. Great shower, whole place very clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and on a pedestrian street. Slightly off from the touristy areas but a very easy 5-10 minute walk to the Arc de Triompf. Easy to get a taxi to/from. Check in was very quick and easy, and the guide book was very informative.

Jaume's place was the perfect place to stay for our time in Barcelona. The location was convenient to metro and bus stops. The apartment was nice, clean, and cool. Hospitality was amazing. We had such a fun time exploring the city and seeing all the sights with our little one.

Great place, great location, and great service.
I stayed here with my niece and girlfriend for a week and we were not disappointed. The location was a good compromise between the historic and cultural sights and the beach. The location is safe and quiet, but close enough to a major street to make catching a cab quick and easy. The apartment itself is clean, neat, and has everything you'd need for a long stay. As others have noted the outer hallway smells of cigarette smoke, but it didn't really get into the apartment. Also, the old man next door is basically deaf and turns the TV volume up to 11, which can be annoying in the evenings. I had to buzz his door at 2am one night, but he promptly turned it down and it was the only time it was really bothersome the entire week. But we were told about this in advance, which we appreciated. There also seems to be some construction going on in an adjacent room, but I can't fault Jaume for that and it's only an issue during the weekdays. Jaume and his partners made the check-in process super easy and they were in constant contact in the days/weeks leading up to our stay. We never needed them for anything while we were there, but if we had, I'm confident they'd have addressed any issues immediately.
