On the same street you'll find two of the most important jewels of Gaudí's work , 100 meters Casa Batlló and across the street 200 meters La Pedrera (Casa Mila). It is a treat to stay in this house in Barcelona, both for its location and many amenities and space. The building in which is was built in 1905 and has a lift.

It has been completely refurbished but keeping with its original Modernist style, unique for its high ceilings, over 4 meters high and ornate walls, plus other features of the period such as stained glass in the bay windows overlooking the terrace and the Passeig de Gràcia.

The living area includes a relaxation area, a modern dining room with enough room for six to eight people and a spacious designer kitchen, fully equipped with microcement coatings and LED illumination, where light smoothly blends in with. Some of the rooms have the original flooring intact, especially the Catalan hydraulic mosaic, typical of this type of houses in Eixample. This is a true open-air museum, it sure will surprise you. Passeig de Gràcia is a wide avenue in the Eixampe district of Barcelona. It stretches from Plaça Catalunya to Avinguda Diagonal, where it joins the Gràcia district. The boulevard has over 150 listed buildings, including some of the greatest masterpieces of modernist architecture in the city. In fact , there is one known as "Quadrat D'Or" area, which is full of magnificent buildings decorated with neo-Gothic details and colored glass that reveal the best of Modernism.

It is the historic and commercial center of Barcelona. This famous street is also one of the places of choice for shopping. Here are some of the most exclusive national and international brands.

Countless designer shops and the best restaurants cafeterias, add to the glamour and charm. The apartment is very well connected with the whole city of Barcelona and further afield - the Metro Passeig de Gràcia (L2 , L3 and L4 ), airport trains and long distance trains from the Renfe Passeig de Gràcia Station.
