It is located in the village of Sitges, the place where many Barcelonians choose to relax on their weekends because of its ideal location, just 25 minutes driving from the city or by train, direct to Sants station in no more than 20 minutes.
The Villa is located in a smart residential zone, lovely and quiet. This elegant and spacious house comfortably accommodates twelve people (ten in the main area and two in the annexed bungalow). Its special concept and design has the back of the house protected to the north by rocky mountain and at the same time is open to the sun, views of the Mediterranean Sea and the village of Sitges.

The main entrance is through the garden, and the first that you see is the thrilling effect of the double-height living room with a fireplace and its wide large windows, opened to the garden and the sea beyond. In this level you find also the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, the avant garde kitchen, the dining room (with a table suitable for twelve people) and the bungalow, boasting a large bedroom and bathroom ensuite.
The access to the second level is through the staircase in the living room, and here we find the sleeping area, four spacious bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with bathtubs.
The mountain that holds the house is also a part of it, a silent witness and the soul of its beauty. Another curiosity; there is a bungalow annexed to the main house, a private studio for two with its own double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living area, that is opened to the garden and swimming pool, both shared with the main house.
The garden and wooden porch, is the common space for the house and the bungalow, and holds the luxury of the 16 m length infinity pool, a BBQ, a swinging bench, deck chairs, an area to eat outdoors, night lights and the unbeatable views.

- General description: The house has 4 bedrooms and a bungalow. Each two bedrooms share a bathroom and hall. The bungalow has double bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen and small living space. All bedrooms have closet, adjustable stereo sound and air conditioning.

- Ground floor: A 35 m2 bungalow with private entrance is next to the main house. The bungalow has a double bed (1,60 m width), walk in closet, bathroom with a large shower. It also has a private kitchen, dining/living area, and TV. It has direct exit to the garden and enjoys of excellent views to the bay of Sitges.
- First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, closet and excellent views and 2 bedrooms with two bunk beds. 2 big bathrooms with bathtub.
