It is located in the village of Sitges, the place where many Barcelonians choose to relax on their weekends because of its ideal location, just 25 minutes driving from the city or by train, direct to Sants station in no more than 20 minutes.

The Villa Upstairs is located in a smart residential zone, lovely and quiet.

This elegant and spacious house, comfortably accommodates ten people.

Its special concept and design, orients the house to the sun and the Mediterranean Sea, allowing visitors to enjoy the skyline of the village of Sitges.

The space is divided into two floors and each floor of the house has independent entrances:

The ground floor has a dinning room with table suitable for ten people and it is connected to the kitchen through a bar. It is fully equipped and it has large windows looking into the private garden. Separated from the dinning room, the house has big living space, also connected to the garden through large windows. On this level, you also find two bedrooms: a big independent suite with living room, bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom connected to the spa; and another double bedroom with bathroom.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms: a suite with bathroom and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The entire house is designed around the 65 m2 garden, a lush vegetation that provides ample shade and a perfect environment for outdoor summer dinning.
